At Spectra Baby, we want you and your little one to love every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed fashion items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
